Top 7 Philips OneBlade Shaver Reviews
First of all, it is important that there is not just a single One Blade model. However, all razors in the range are at a relatively similar price level. This means that the prices differ only slightly. All razors also have both wet and dry shaving functions.
Also interesting: According to the manufacturer, all razors have a blade that should last up to 4 months. In the following detailed comparison, we will now show you where the differences can ultimately be found.
1st place: Philips OneBlade Face QP2530/30

It can be said that the Oneblade QP2530/30 is the standard model around which the other two razors have evolved or come with more settings or accessories.
It is built narrow and provides an appealing look with the colors black and light green.
The battery performance is absolutely fine at 60 minutes, but the charging time is quite long at 4 hours.
To trim the beard, the Philips Oneblade QP2530/30 is equipped with 4 trimming attachments in sizes 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm. This makes a 3-day beard and a light full beard easily feasible. Unfortunately, the attachments will not be sufficient for a real full beard.
On the other hand, if you are satisfied with a short beard, you will benefit from a good beard trimmer.
This model does not come close to a wet shave. Customers tend to report that it feels like it’s been half a day since they shaved. This is because the blade does not vibrate directly against the skin and has no foil or rotary technology.
To protect the skin, a double protection system was set up, which consists of a protective grid and a sliding system (coating). Polymer tips bring the hair right in front of the blades. It is often reported that there is no irritation after shaving.
Overall, all customers are satisfied with the performance. From time to time it is necessary to drive over a spot several times. But you have to accept these compromises due to the all-in-one solution.
Styling can be carried out in a very controlled manner thanks to the two-sided blade.
Another negative thing to note is that the replacement blades are very expensive, even if a blade has a lifespan of around 4 months.
Why do we recommend it?
This electric shaver is the ideal choice if you are looking for a basic model with practical functions. This OneBlade is not suitable for a full beard, but you can shave, trim and style short and medium-length beards evenly and quickly.
FAQ About Philips OneBlade Face QP2530/30
Is the OneBlade also suitable for men with short hair?
This multifunctional talent is ideal for shaping a short hairstyle.
How much does Philips OneBlade Face QP2530/30 cost?
The razor costs between $40 – $60.
2nd place: Philips OneBlade Pro Face QP6520/30

The first thing that stands out in the Oneblade test is that this model looks a bit more appealing. The combination of a high-quality looking silver with a black middle part around the digital battery display (with percentage) makes a noble impression.
The price also stands out compared to the other two oneblades, but without going beyond the scope of the cheap price range.
The battery performance is also particularly noteworthy with a running time of 1.5 hours and a charging time of 1 hour. Basically, this device still has a charging station, which is quite wobbly, and a travel bag.
A small difference to the other Oneblade Pro model is that the Oneblade Pro QP6520/30 can now trim 14 lengths between 0.4 mm and 10 mm instead of 12. Otherwise, the attachment can also be adjusted quickly and easily with the practical wheel.
There are no differences in the shaving function compared to the other Oneblades. The double protection system with a protective grid and blade coating, as well as the polymer tips ensure a skin-friendly shave, which most customers also confirm. The shaving technique, which works with a swinging blade, does not achieve the same result as with a special razor, but the result is impressively clean.
Unfortunately, thick beards also have a hard time with this device. It is therefore necessary to work on some areas from several angles.
The styling function can be carried out with the help of the narrow and flexible attachment without losing nerves. Thorough work without skin irritation is absolutely possible.

Why do we recommend it?
With this model you can shave, trim and style beards of any length. The superior version with a length-adjustable attachment also offers you the most powerful battery in the OneBlade series. There is also a nice travel case that you can use to take your razor with you on vacation.
The battery will not let you down during the holiday season, lasts a long time and is super easy to read via the LED display.
FAQ About Philips Oneblade Pro QP6520/30
Does this OneBlade offer for full body shaving?
In general, you can shave any part of the body with this electric shaver, but Philips has launched a special OneBlade with a protective attachment for the face and body.
3rd place: Philips Oneblade Pro QP6510/30

Here we have the slightly more flexible model compared to the Oneblade QP2530/30. The Philips One Blade Pro is initially darker in design and therefore also looks a lot more elegant. A digital display for the battery indicator has also been added.
As far as battery performance goes, this model delivers the same performance as the rest of the One Blades at 60 minutes cordless. However, the battery has been improved in that the charging time has been reduced from 4 hours to 1 hour compared to the basic model.
The flexibility of this Philipps shaver is particularly reflected in the broader range of trimming attachments. This time, these range from 0.5 mm to 9 mm with a total of 12 setting options. The trimmer head is equipped with a practical rotary wheel with which you can set the exact millimeter setting.
For shaving you have all the advantages that you also enjoy with the basic model. This means both the dual protection system (protective grid and blade coating) and the shaving result. Finally, the shave is not quite as smooth as with a wet razor, but very close to perfection.
According to customers, there are hardly any skin irritations, tugging or tugging. However, dense beards need to be treated more intensively due to the shaving system (oscillating), which means that the areas have to be shaved more often.
Experience has shown that the style function is also very good here. Contours can be worked thoroughly because the blade is very small and cuts in both directions. The lifetime of the blades is also here 4 months. A blade is already included as a replacement.
The bottom line is that this Philips Oneblade shaver is particularly interesting for men who often go beyond the 3-day beard.
Philips OneBlade Face + Body QP2630/30

The Face and Body electric shaver comes up with the same features as the standard version and also has a few extras.
Philips not only delivers a face blade for shaving, trimming and styling, but also another for body shaving. The second blade also allows you to use it below your neck.
Thanks to the extra blade, you can shape your body hair. The protective attachment, which you only have to click on, is particularly practical.
The QP2630/30 has a total of four facial attachments. So you can trim your beard to either one, two, three or five millimeters. Another body attachment allows you to trim your body hair to three millimeters.
The OneBlade Face+Body QP2630/30 is powered by a lithium-ion battery with a runtime of at least 60 minutes. For a full charge you have to charge the battery for four hours at the charging station.
A travel bag is included in the scope of delivery so that the electric shaver is safely stowed away during transport.
All advantages, functions and properties in the following table as an overview.

You can use this model for other purposes, but no protective attachment is included.
Can a suitable protective attachment be ordered separately?
Yes, this is possible.
Are the blades of the OneBlade models compatible?
All blades are compatible.
Philips Oneblade QP2520/20

Here we are dealing with the cheapest Philips Oneblade razor. This is very similar to the basic model and can only trim 3 lengths. Everything that goes beyond the three-day beard cannot be tamed with the Philips Oneblade QP2520 20. The battery performance is also significantly weaker compared to its brother models. An 8-hour charging time is just enough for 45 minutes of shaving time.
We could observe that the mass splits a bit with this device. Some love this device, others are very disappointed. Of course, this also depends on the individual beard growth. But the functions are ultimately comparable to those of the other devices. This means that shaving, trimming and styling work perfectly (of course, as far as is possible with an all-round razor).
The inner workings seem to be more problematic, because many customers complain about the weakening battery and the weak case. Some devices do not charge at all or the attachment breaks off the device when pressed lightly. Of course that’s annoying!
We therefore recommend not buying this model from the Oneblade range. The price difference to the other devices is not particularly high, while these offer both more quality and flexibility.

This is the most basic model of the OneBlade range. The measurements of the machine are 2.5 x 14.5 x 2.7 cm, and its weight is 324 grams. It combines the color yellow with black, in a handle with a slight ergonomic shape and a rubberized and textured grip area to prevent it from slipping out of our hands when holding it with wet hands.
The kit for this model is made up of three fixed-length combs: 1, 3 and 5 mm . A replacement blade and head guard are also included. With these two blades, you have 8 months if you shave twice a week.
Unfortunately, the QP2520/30 is powered by NiMH batteries, which are worse than Li-ion and are known to lose capacity over time. The autonomy is 45 minutes, with a charging time of 8 hours.
In appearance it is identical to the previous one, except for the gray color in the central part of the handle. However, this model has a lithium ion battery, with a range of 60 minutes and only 4 hours of charging.
It is not only the advantage of a greater autonomy and a shorter charging time; is that Lithium-ion batteries do not suffer as much wear and tear and loss of performance over the years as NiMH.
I consider that due to the minimal price difference between both models, the QP2530/30 is much more recommendable than the QP2520/30. In addition, one more guide comb is included, with guide combs available in lengths of 1, 2, 3 and 5 mm.
Of course, the replacement blade and head protector are also included.

This newer model is identical in appearance to the previous ones, but includes a skin-safe guide comb , suitable for use as a body groomer.
There are 4 included beard guide combs, with fixed lengths of 1, 2, 3 and 5mm . Two blades are included so you have a spare, very convenient if one of them is going to be used for the body.
For the rest, its features are the same as those of the previous model, with a lithium ion battery that reaches up to 60 minutes of autonomy and with a charging time of 4 hours.
Included in this kit is a very nice and elegant fabric bag for storage and transport.
Philips Oneblade Face + Body QP6620/20
In 2018 Philips released a premium version of the Oneblade, the Oneblade Pro, with a redesign to make it more elegant and masculine. It is clearly seen in the handle, which, although it is still made of plastic, changes to gray, except for the central part, which is black.
Also an LED screen with larger and clearer information on the state of charge and battery , with percentage numbers ranging from 1 to 100.
Its lithium ion battery takes an hour to charge and its autonomy is 90 minutes . Includes dial-adjustable guide comb with 14 settings ranging from 0.4 to 10mm, a spare blade, and a skin guard so you can use it all over your body.
This model is also accompanied by a charging base , which does nothing special either, but it is much prettier than the simple charger that the two most basic models bring.
What is Philips OneBlade?
Electric razors from the OneBlade series are ideal for both dry and wet shaving. The name OneBlade was chosen because all OneBlade models are only equipped with one blade. You can of course exchange this high-quality blade.
Philips has caused a stir with its OneBlade razors, as the competition usually advertises razors with multiple blades.
All dry and wet razors in this series are high-quality devices that can convince with a skin-friendly and easy shave. If you suffer from sensitive skin that becomes inflamed or red when you shave, a OneBlade is the right choice. Your beard and body hair will not be cut flush with the skin, but slightly above it. The shaving result is impressive and your sensitive skin will thank you for this gentle shave.
With the versatile OneBlade razors you can not only shave your beard, but also trim and style it. Meanwhile, Philips has also launched OneBlade electric razors that you can use for both your face and body hair.
How does the Philips OneBlade work?
Electric shavers in this series are characterized by the unique, innovative and revolutionary OneBlade technology.
- Philips has equipped these electric shavers with a powerful cutting unit. Thanks to the enormous power, all OneBlade can cut 200 cuts per second, so even long beards and hair are not a problem.
- The electric razors are equipped with a single blade, which is double-edged and which you can use for at least four months.
- The two-sided blade gives you the advantage of being able to style clear lines and edges, as the blade can be moved in any direction.
- The innovative system offers you double protection. On the one hand, the coating ensures excellent gliding properties, on the other hand, the rounded tips enable an uncomplicated shave.
- Philips has equipped each OneBlade with several combs so that you can conjure up the look of a trendy three-day beard, for example.
- The housing is waterproof, so you can choose between a dry and wet shave.
- In this series, Philips relies on innovative lithium-ion batteries, which are characterized by a long service life and short charging time. The long-lasting batteries scored well in our comparison with consistent performance.
How to use a Philips OneBlade?
The versatile models of the OneBlade series allow you three applications. Not only can you shave, you can also trim and style.
You should be aware that shaving in the traditional sense is not possible with the OneBlade. Rather, it is an extremely close trimming. With this electric razor, you trim your hair to around 0.1 mm, thereby protecting your skin.
Place the shaving head flat on your skin for the most even result possible. You can achieve the best cutting results if you move the shaving head slowly against the direction of growth of your beard hair. The two-sided blades prove to be particularly useful, as you can pull this styling tool in both directions. Since the blade is flexibly mounted, it adapts perfectly to the contours of your face.
If you don’t use the comb attachment, you can also shave dense areas excellently, as long as you move the razor head slowly.
Even on sensitive areas such as the neck, there are no skin irritations such as razor burn or razor bumps.
With the OneBlade you can trim your beard quickly and evenly. Depending on the model, different attachments are available. With the QP2530, for example, you can choose between four attachments that trim your beard to one, two, three or five millimeters.
If you prefer a cutting length of 10 millimeters, the OneBlade Pro is the right choice. Both narrow and filigree attachments enable exact trimming and you benefit from the excellent field of vision.
The cutting performance is really good for these small electric shavers and trimmers, but the cutting performance does not come close to a powerful or large wide blade beard trimmer.
If your beard is thick and longer than 15 millimeters, you may have to trim your whiskers several times. If you have short and less dense beard growth, your beard hairs are immediately trimmed to the selected length.
The two-sided, narrow blade is ideal for precise contours. Since the blade delivers excellent cutting results on both sides, you can immediately see where you have already styled your beard and can start at these points. The OneBlade also allows you to attach at a 90-degree angle.
Are there replacement blades for the OneBlade razor?
The razor blades usually last 4 months. Depending on the duration and number of uses, the sharpness of the blade can decrease significantly. Therefore, you should change the blades as soon as they become dull. Replacement blades are available for every variant and model in the OneBlade range, costing between $20 and $40.

Which parts of the body can be shaved with the Philips OneBlade?
Philips originally developed the OneBlade for facial shaving. However, you can also misuse the electric shaver.
There is nothing wrong with using the OneBlade as a full-body razor. Recently, Philips has launched a special model for face and body shaving. The difference to the conventional OneBlade models is small, since Philips has only added a special protective cap.
Thanks to this protective cap, you can protect sensitive areas of the body such as your armpits or your genital area from injuries.
If you are already the proud owner of a OneBlade for beard shaving, there is no need to buy a special razor for full body shaving. You can pimp your model by purchasing body armor as an extra. This is how you can turn your OneBlade into a OneBlade body. With the OneBlade you can shave every part of the body.
The innovative blade technology from Philips shows its advantages especially when shaving chest hair. Since the blade glides excellently over the chest, pimples or razor burn only occur in the rarest of cases. The small blade protects your skin and you can also remove the hair near your nipples gently and easily.
The OneBlade is a real insider tip for your intimate area. Neither skin folds nor sensitive skin have a negative effect on the result. If you work on your intimate area with a trimming attachment, you can prevent injuries.
Due to the narrow design, OneBlade models are ideal for shaving your armpits. Thanks to the innovative blade technology, you can gently shave this sensitive area of the body.
OneBlade electric razors are also suitable for shaving your back hair, but a second person is recommended for this.
You can shave unwanted hair on your bottom with the flexible and small blade. For reasons of hygiene, you should clean the blade thoroughly after shaving.
Philips OneBlade as a wet shaver or dry shaver?
Another relevant feature of the Philips OneBlade is its ability to be used both dry and wet.
The blades of the OneBlade work with shaving cream, gel or foam , but it must be said that they are faster and somewhat more effective if you shave dry. This is usually a common thing with foil shavers, and more so with those that only use one blade.
Of course, this also means that they are waterproof machines. The body is fully sealed and there is no danger of damage from contact with water.
In fact, the cleaning of the blades and the head must be done under a stream of water. It is not that there are many hairs inside the blade, but there are some, and if you use shaving foam the blade tends to clog more, so you have to rinse it every so often.
How much does a Philips OneBlade cost?
The price depends on the model and the provider.
- The cheapest OneBlade is the QP2530/30 model, which is available for just over 42 euros.
- You pay just over 60 euros for the Face and Body QP2630/30.
- The QP6560/20 costs around 65 euros, while the Pro Face QP6520/20 costs a little over 70 euros.
- The OneBlade Pro Face and Body QP6620/30 is available for just over 105 euros.
If you buy the OneBlade online, you can usually save money. A comparison of different providers is advisable.
Difference between Pro version and Standard version
All OneBlade models are equipped with the innovative double-sided blade, which adapts perfectly. The quality of the shave is the same for all OneBlade razors, as is the result.
The differences relate to the scope of delivery and functionality. There are also differences in the charging time and operating time of the battery. Other distinguishing features are the attachments and the display of the battery level.
The upscale version, i.e. the OneBlade Pro QP hybrid styler QP6520/30, comes up with an elegant design in black and silver. The precision trimmer with 14 different lengths to choose from is particularly noteworthy. You can trim your beard between 0.4 and 10 millimeters with this exclusive device.
- Pro models are equipped with a more powerful battery.
- Another advantage of the Pro OneBlade is the charging station as well as the LED display, which tells you the current battery level.
- A travel case is also included with models from the Pro OneBlade series.
If you don’t just plan to wear a long beard, Pro models are ideal because they have more gradations.
What are the advantages of the Philips OneBlade?
While competing models shave close to the skin, OneBlade models let you shave, trim and style your beard up close. Only short stubbles remain when trimming, which have a length of 0.1 millimeters. This has the advantage that your skin is protected and redness as well as pimples rarely occur.
The large blade is three centimeters long and, thanks to its mobility, adapts perfectly to your skin contours and cuts on two sides. The blade, designed for long-term performance, is characterized by 200 cuts per second.
OneBlade electric razors are comfortable to hold, the handle is non-slip and the weight is low.
The styling is extremely precise because the blade cuts on both sides and is very thin. This gives you an excellent overview. This electric razor has not only been developed for dry shaving, but also for wet shaving. So you can even shave in the shower or trim your body hair.
Thanks to the charge control display, you can see the charging activity. The LED lights up red when the electric shaver is in operation and the battery is running out.
The automatic voltage adjustment is also worth emphasizing. Another advantage of the OneBlade electric shaver is the high-quality and long-lasting lithium-ion battery. The supplied blade guard is ideal for both storage and transport.
1. Blades
In our Philips OneBlade comparison, the blade kept what Philips promised. The renowned manufacturer guarantees that the reversible blade can be used for at least four months. In our current comparison, the blades can even be used for up to eight months. We were aiming for two full shaves a week.
- Although the blades are expensive, they rarely need to be replaced due to their excellent durability.
- Another advantage is that the blade is compatible with all OneBlade Standard and Pro electric razors.
- The cutting unit is generously dimensioned. The cutting performance is excellent.
- Since the long side can be used on both sides, the blade can be moved in all directions.
- The replacement blades are available in sets.
With the OneBlade series, Philips comes up with a built-in replacement indicator in the blade. As soon as the bar on the replacement indicator turns green, you should replace the blade. The period depends on various factors such as the frequency of shaving, the length and thickness of your beard.
2. Ergonomics
Philips attaches great importance to ergonomics in the OneBlade series. The current comparison shows that the electric dry and wet razors fit perfectly in the hand. The design is thin, the weight is low and you can hold the OneBlade comfortably.
Unlike competing heavy duty razors, you’ll save power to shave, trim and style longer and style your beard more precisely.
Philips has equipped these electric shavers with long, thin ribs on both the front and back, which maximize grip. This means there is little risk of the electric shaver slipping out of your hand.
3. Cleaning
Not only your beard wants to be cleaned, but also your OneBlade. When you reach for a OneBlade, proper care is the be-all and end-all. Only if you clean your electric shaver after use can you extend the life of the blade on the one hand and ensure proper hygiene on the other.
Redness and razor bumps are often the result of insufficient cleaning. Bacteria can build up in the stubble that gets stuck in the razor and damage your skin.
Since these brands are waterproof, cleaning is made easier for you. Hold your dry and wet razor under running water after shaving, trimming or styling. This allows you to remove any whiskers that are stuck in the blade. The current Philips OneBlade comparison shows that cleaning OneBlade models is quick and easy.
4. Price
The price range of the different OneBlade models is limited.
According to the current comparison, the price for the high-quality and innovative electric razors is reasonable. While the OneBlade standard model does not even cost 50 euros, depending on the provider, you have to reckon with around 105 euros for the most innovative dry and wet razor in this series.
However, models in the upper price range are characterized by a larger range of functions, a longer runtime and a shorter charging time of the battery.
5. Battery and display
Philips has equipped its OneBlade with an LED display. So you always have an eye on the battery level.
Depending on the model, the high-quality lithium-ion battery has a running time of between at least 60 and 90 minutes.
According to the Philips OneBlade comparison, it is not necessary to charge the dry and wet shaver after each use. If you shave your beard twice a week, the battery power is sufficient for you to use your OneBlade for about 30 days without charging it.
6. Essays
The different attachments allow you to not only shorten and style short stubble, but also a three- or five-day beard.
You can easily attach the trimmer attachments to your handheld device. On the one hand, the trimming attachments ensure the desired beard length and, on the other hand, an even result.
7. Blade technology
The Philips OneBlade comparison showed the advantages of the well thought-out and innovative blade technology. Philips has equipped the OneBlade with a reversible blade that truly glides over your skin. Unpleasant plucking is a thing of the past.
Since you shave close to the skin with the dry and wet razors from Philips, but not completely, your skin is not irritated and redness as well as razor bumps only occur in the rarest of cases. This close shave is particularly gentle and recommended if you have sensitive skin.
However, you should be aware that your facial skin will not become as smooth as a baby’s bottom. You can shave in all directions with the double-sided blade without cutting your skin.
8. Waterproof
All models of the OneBlade series are waterproof. This means you can also use this electric shaver in the shower and rinse it off under running water.
- Four plastic combs – attachments between one and five millimeters
- 90 cm power cord
- protective cap
- one or two blades depending on the model
- operation manual
- Warranty Notices
- OneBlade Face + Body: extra attachable skin protection attachment.
What are the disadvantages of the Philips OneBlade?
Having to buy new blades every 4 months
Despite having to buy spare parts every 4 months, which obviously has a negative side, the reality is that several first-class blades come, so at least you can spend a year using it daily without having to buy spare parts.
In addition, it incorporates a 50% discount to buy them, so the outlay for the first 2-3 years is not really that high.
In any case, we must mark this fact as a disadvantage because it is an outlay that you will have to make from time to time.
Slow for a full body shave
The duration for shaving the face or for a specific area of the body is more than reasonable. However, things change when we want to shave the whole body.
As you have already seen, the blade is very effective and is one of the best we have tested in terms of sharpness. However, its narrow size makes each body shaving session too long if we want to shave from the ankles to the beard.
If you want to use it mainly as a body shaver, this is not your model and we recommend you take a look at any of our article where we analyze the best body shavers.
Autonomy and slow charge (only in the Oneblade Original version)
The price of the Philps Oneblade Original is surprisingly low, but you have to keep in mind that it is a 2015 model, whose family of batteries has nothing to do with those of today.
Its autonomy varies from 45 minutes in the Philips Oneblade QP2520/30 to 60 minutes in the Philips Oneblade QP2530/30 , which despite being half that of its “older sisters”, may be acceptable for some users.
However, the 4 – 8 hours it takes to charge, respectively depending on the mentioned models, does not seem reasonable to us , since it means that you have to plan the battery charge well in advance.
How can I repair the Philips OneBlade?
Changing the blade is uncomplicated and only takes a few seconds. Release the old blade by pushing the release button. Then insert the new blade. Make sure the blade snaps into the small hook. If this hook breaks, you should refrain from repairing it. You can buy the comb attachments cheaply. In the current comparison, there was no breakage.
Who is Phillips?
Philips has made a name for itself worldwide with its high-quality electronic products. For many years, the wide range of products has included electric shavers, which can perform excellently in current comparisons.
The Dutch manufacturer, also known as Koninklijke Philips NV, is one of the market leaders in the electrical industry. The successful company employs over 110,000 people. With its products, Philips not only values excellent quality and clean workmanship, but also easy handling. The internationally known company relies on the latest technologies and a modern and elegant design.
Things to consider while buying an Philips OneBlade Shaver
Philips has not only launched a standard model, but also Pro versions, which are characterized by a more powerful battery and more extensive functions. Think in advance which functions you attach great importance to and how long you want to get by with one battery charge or how long the battery can be charged.
The standard model has a battery life of at least 60 minutes. In the current comparison, this was even higher. Pro models are equipped with a more powerful battery. The battery life is at least 90 minutes.
If you opt for a Pro version, the loading time will be drastically reduced.
The unique technology of the OneBlade electric razors is characterized by a particularly fast shearing blade. 200 cuts are made per second. The current electric razor comparison shows that OneBlade razors work efficiently even with dense hair growth. If you want to shape a long beard, Philips has special OneBlade models that will.
All OneBlade electric shavers are easy to use. All models have a soft rubber coating so that the handset does not slip out of your hand. Since all representatives of the Pro Series OneBlade Series are handled identically, you don’t have to worry about which device is easier to use.
Each electric shaver is equipped with a wheel that you can use to adjust the length when trimming. In contrast, you have to attach the respective attachment to the basic model QP2530/30.
According to the current comparison, the OneBlade electric razors from Philips do very well in this category. The price expectations of the renowned manufacturer are reasonable, as the quality, workmanship and materials used are very good and the electric razors are easy to use, uncomplicated to clean and durable.
If you are satisfied with the standard functions, you can get a high-quality basic model for less than 50 euros. Mid-range models don’t even cost 100 euros, while the currently best model in the series only costs around 105 euros, depending on the provider.
While cleaning some of the competing electric shavers proves to be difficult, you can clean all models in the OneBlade series quickly and easily. The advantage is that all razors are waterproof and can also be used in the shower. In the current Philips OneBlade comparison, no problems with cleaning could be found.
Are there alternatives to Philips OneBlade?
If you are looking for an alternative to the OneBlade that also cuts close up, the ER GD51 from Panasonic is the right choice. This beard and contour trimmer is suitable for shaving close to the skin, trimming up to ten millimeters and cutting contours.
According to the current Philips OneBlade comparison, however, the ER GD51 from Panasonic is not as handy and powerful as the OneBlade electric shaver. Since you can oil the skin-friendly blades, you don’t have to change them as often and can save follow-up costs.
Another alternative is the S6640/44 from Philips. This is a razor that has a length-adjustable comb attachment for trimming between one and five millimeters. This model from Philips also protects your skin, as the shave is close to the skin. The power level is reduced compared to OneBlade models.
Conclusion
The innovative Philips OneBlade dry and wet shavers cut a fine figure in every bathroom and also when travelling. The space-saving and small razors fit perfectly in the hand. Our Philips OneBlade comparison shows that OneBlade models include everything that is necessary for thorough and stylish beard care.
Your skin is protected and razor burn or razor bumps are a thing of the past. The multifunction device offers very good shaving results. The price-performance ratio is fair and since the blades can be used for at least four months, you rarely have to buy them again.
The individual electric razors of the OneBlade series differ in terms of scope of delivery, battery and optics. Whether you choose a basic model or a Pro version does not matter in terms of the result and comfort. You will not be disappointed with any version.
